Submit a Zendesk ticket with your email, program name, device/browser, and a screenshot if possible. We can troubleshoot fast when we have details.
What tools/tech do I need?
A reliable internet connection, a modern browser (Chrome is usually best), and the ability to stream video. For programs with Slack/text support, you’ll also want access on mobile and laptop.
