Can I access this on my phone or tablet?
Yes. It’s designed to work on mobile/tablet, but worksheets are usually easier on a laptop.
I can’t log in/I’m not seeing the course. What do I do?
First, try the classics: log out/in, clear cache, or switch browsers. If it’s still weird, email support@spinsucks.com and include the email you enrolled with plus a screenshot, then we’ll jump in.
What are the technical requirements?
A modern browser (Chrome/Firefox/Safari/Edge), reliable internet, and audio/video capability. If you can stream video and download a PDF, you’re good.
How do I log into my Spin Sucks Kajabi account?
Log in using the email address you used at checkout or enrollment. After you log in, go to My Library and your courses will appear. Select PESO Model Certification®.
I lost/forgot my password. How do I get back into my certification?
No worries - we’ve got you! Simply access spinsucks.mykajabi.com. Click the Avatar in the top right-hand corner. Select “My Library”, which will list your course(s). Click on your course, and it will take you right back to where you left off.
I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
On the Kajabi login screen, select Forgot Password and follow the reset link sent to your email. If you do not see it within a few minutes, check spam, junk, or promotions folders.
I am not receiving password reset emails. What should I do?
Try the steps below:
- Check spam, junk, and promotions folders.
- Search your inbox for “Kajabi” and “Spin Sucks.”
- Add Kajabi and Spin Sucks emails to your safe sender list.
If it still does not arrive, contact support and include the email address you are using.
I cannot find the PESO Model Certification® in my account. Where is it?
Most often, this happens when learners log in with a different email than the one used at purchase.
- Confirm you are logged in with the correct email address.
- Check My Library / My Courses.
- Search your inbox for your purchase confirmation to confirm the enrollment email.
If it is still missing, contact support with your enrollment email and any order confirmation details.
I think I have two Kajabi accounts. Can you help?
Yes. This usually happens when you purchased with one email but created a Kajabi login with another. Contact support and include both email addresses so we can help sort out access.
Why is a module or lesson locked?
A lesson may be locked if it has not been released yet, you need to complete a previous lesson first, or your access needs attention. If you think something is incorrectly locked, contact support with the module name and a screenshot.
How do I mark a lesson complete?
No action needed, just look for the checkmark at the right of each lesson. Some lessons require you to scroll through the page or finish the video before completion registers.
My progress is not saving. What should I do?
Try the following:
- Refresh the page and reopen the lesson.
- Log out and log back in.
- Try an incognito or private browser window.
- Switch browsers (Chrome is often the most reliable).
- Disable browser extensions, especially ad blockers.
If the issue continues, send support the lesson name and your device and browser details.
