Start Here: PESO Model® Licensing (What’s Allowed, What’s Not, and Which License You Need)

TL;DR: Licensing protects the integrity of the PESO Model® and keeps it consistent as it evolves. Many non-commercial uses are free with attribution and a backlink. Any internal training or implementation requires Enterprise & Association licensing.

Licensing exists to prevent incorrect or altered versions from circulating, to ensure the model is taught correctly, and to provide a consistent, current version as the PESO Model® evolves.

Non-negotiables (apply to every use):

• No modifications (no color/font/layout changes; no overlays; no cropping pieces).
• No derivatives (no remixes, add-ons, renamed versions, or “PESO® and” variations).
• No recreation (do not redraw, rebuild, or recreate the graphic).
• No partial use (do not use only a quadrant, labels, icons, or pieces).
• Use official files only (do not substitute your own versions).
